error when installing.

Hi there,

Im currently running windows Vista on 32bit .

i downloaded the lastest windows installer and the program installs right up to the end and then gets this error message:

"an error occured during the installation of assembly component
{AFA31654-361E-33B5-9ED5-049A688932C}. HRESULT: 0x80070091"

and then roles back? how do i fix this?
