Overlay icons: one missing

Hey all, I've recently noticed that one of the overlay icons, the
"Ignored" is missing. The interesting thing is that Tortoise SVN
respects the svn:ignore property with during commits, but refuses to
highlight these items with the appropriate overlay icon.
Attached are the screenshots. This used to work in older versions of
Tortoise SVN... Perhaps someone could shed some light on the issue?
