Then your issue is in the Subversion libraries, not TortoiseSVN - you
need to check with that mailing list.

That should not have much, if any, bearing on OOM errors on a checkout.

No one who has ever used VSS has "not faced any issues." They're just
different issues, like randomly losing source code in the repository
and not discovering it for a month.
