RROR: Could not read chunk size: Secure connection truncated

I have a MS-Word .doc file that once I check it into my repository it
generates the following error for other users when they do an update:

Description : REPORT of '/svn/asset_source/!svn/vcc/default': Could not read
chunk size: Secure connection truncated (https://code.iitsweeps.com)
     Status : 175002
       File : subversion/libsvn_ra_neon/util.c, 604

I have deleted the file, and tried re-adding it, but I always get the same
thing. If I do an update from another of my other machines (other than the
one that I did the commit from), I get the same error so this is not a
problem with the other user's machine.

I have a lot of other word .doc files in my repository and none of them
cause this problem to happen. There must be something in this particular
.doc file that is causing this problem.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Ken
