UTF-8 files get corrupted when applying a patch

Hello,

I am using Windows 7 64 bits, Tortoise SVN 1.6.8 64 bits.
On UTF-8 source files, applying a patch corrupts the files if the patch tries to insert accented characters.

For example in a file add this line in the middle of a UTF-8 file:

ééé

Then create a patch (you can use Alt + 130 to type é)
Revert the file then apply the patch, TortoiseMerge inserts this line

ééé

This looks like there was an extra Ansi -> UTF-8 transformation.

I could reproduce the problem with the nightly build TortoiseSVN-1.6.99.19473-dev-x64-svn-1.6.12-dev.msi

Thank you for your help,
Regards,

Michel
