Revision shown in repo-browser doesn't reflect renames

I renamed a parent folder from the repo-browser and clicked on a child
to see the revision of its children, displayed under the "Revision"
column on the right frame.

I expected to see the latest revision number for each child - matching
its revision history.

However, the revision number shown is the one before the rename, i.e.
the number in the second line of the revision log.

OS: Windows XP
TortoiseSVN 1.6.7, Build 18415 - 32 Bit , 2010/01/22 17:55:06
Subversion 1.6.9,
apr 1.3.8
apr-utils 1.3.9
neon 0.29.3
OpenSSL 0.9.8k 25 Mar 2009
zlib 1.2.3

The importance of this matter is that we sometimes setup svn:externals
based on the latest revision, but not pointing at the head. We can work
around this issue by checking the log instead, but unaware team members
may not do so, and then only discover the problem later on.

Thanks.
