* Make sure you really downloaded the x64 version of TSVN
* save it first to your harddrive, don't just open it from your webbrowser
* check the digital signature of the msi file - if there's no signature,
the file is either corrupt or messed with: download from another
sourceforge mirror and make sure your virus scanner doesn't modify the
file while you're downloading it.
