TSVN 1.6.7: "Show unversioned files" box misbehaving

Hello!

- Chechkout a fresh folder (any folder with no modified files will do);
- place an unversioned file in the folder (don't Add);
- open Commit dialog for the folder;
- reply Yes to the "see unversioned files?" request;
- note that "Show unversioned files" box is checked and the file is
  listed;
- go to the folder and modify (or simply delete) one of the versioned
  files, keep the unversioned file as is;
- return to the Commit dialog and press F5 to refresh;
- note that "Show unversioned files" box is checked;
Expected: file list contains both the unversioned and the modified
(deleted) versioned files.
Actually: only the modified (deleted) versioned file is listed, which
makes the state of the "Show unversioned files" box misleading.

To continue the excersise, revert the file using context menu in the
Commit dialog. The "Show unversioned files" box is still checked, but
the file list is empty. Toggle the box twice and you get the
unversioned file listed.
