Confusing menu in update window

Hi!

TSVN 1.6.7 build 18415, WinXP Pro SP3

After updating a map (right clik map, select SVN Update), in the
Update dialog if I right click an updated file, the first item in
the popup menu is "Compare with working copy".

That is a bit confusing, as after the update the WC should match the
file from the repo.

If I click it, it shows a diff, with on the left rev 1904 and on the right "Working Copy".
Strange, as the file had many changes since rev (about 4, the latest rev being 1950).

What exactly is this menu item comparing?

The last state before update?
I think that was also not rev 1904 but much later.
