Not a bug in TSVN but in TGit.
I've spent several hours trying to find the source of the problem. In
the end I found that TGit somewhere corrupts the memory of the shell
itself - it's the shell API that crashes when it tries to delete the
file. And yes, I've made sure that TSVN passes all the parameters to the
API correctly and doesn't corrupt the memory itself.

You have to report this to the TGit guys.
