RE: "Relocate" doesn't work

Perhaps it’s the term "relocate" that’s confusing? Relocate does imply some sort of moving/copyinf but that's not what's happening. Would the term "Re-attach" be better - so you are re-attaching your working copy to a different URL.
Just a rambling thought....
