TortoiseSVN is a Subversion client, that's all it understands.

There is a TortoiseHG.- http://tortoisehg.bitbucket.org/ . It's
developed & supported by a completely different group of people.

But you WILL have to learn new commands no matter what - HG, SVN, bzr,
git - they're all quite different and you must learn the correct
jargon for each.
