"Add..." for files should be named "Add" maybe since there is no user interaction needed

When I right-click one or more files, which are not under version control, TortoiseSVN includes an "Add..." context menu item. When I click "Add...", it does not need further user interaction, so I think it should be named "Add" only.

There is also an "Add..." item for folders, which is fine, because it displays the "Add dialog".
