IE security warning when uploading files after tortoiseSVN installation.

Hi,

I'm completely new to this so sorry in advance for any stupid questions.

I've recently installed TortoiseSVN on vista ultimate using TortoiseSVN-1.6.7.18415-win32-svn-1.6.9.msi

Since then whenever I use IE for general web browsing and need to attach a file say to this forum for example I get a security warning telling me that TVSNCahce.exe wants to open web content (see attached jpg file).

How do I stop this because it occurs everytime I click on a folder when trying to upload a file?

Why does it try to connect since I'm not doing anything related to svn?

I've created a repositry on the same laptop and not connecting to any server.

Is there some config file setting to change?

Thanks
