Hi Brandon,

Is it possible that a virus scanner is interfering with TortoiseCache by
blocking access to a file?

Is it possible that you have created an infinite loop in your directory
structure by using junctions?

Does it also happen if you explicitely include only those paths that
contain working copies in the TortoiseSVN overlays settings and exclude
the rest?

Cheers
- Lübbe
