Possible fix for Can't Move ...\.svn\tmp

I recently started having these problems, and thought it was a Windows 7 issue (I recently moved to this OS).
Found a note on the Web saying Windows Indexing Service can cause this error in repositories. My finding is that it can also cause it in Working Copies. When I was running Windows XP, I always explicitly turned off Indexing, but had left it "alone" (= on) in Windows 7.
Turning it off on the folder holding my working copies allows me to update and commit without this error.
