Commit Dialog - New selection labels

Hi,

I've just noticed a bit of inconsistency with the new selection labels used
in the Commit Dialog (currently using v1.6.6, build 17771).

The links appear to be selectively enabled/disabled based on whether there
are any applicable files (ie if there are no unversioned files, then the
"Unversioned" link is disabled).

But, for the following situations, there is a bit of inconsistency:

1. Where all files have a "missing" status, the "Deleted" link is available,
but selecting it does not do anything.
2. Where all files have a "replaced (+)" status, the "Modified" link is
available, but selecting it does not do anything.

Also, the link and the toggle both use the term "Unversioned", but the file
list used "non-versioned". Is the "non-versioned" string directly from the
SVN libraries, and if not, should they all not be consistent?

Regards,

---
