What do you mean by 'hosting' java files? Is it a working copy or a
repository you are talking about?

When you say you have updated the java files do you mean you have
modified them, or you have pulled the latest changes from the
repository?

When you right click, what options are available?

When you say you want to update the files in the repository do you
mean the same as the previous time you used that verb or do you want
to commit your local changes back to the repository?

If you don't explain your problem clearly you have no chance of
getting any help with solving it.

Simon
