My overlays are gone

A lot of things happened since the last time I saw those icon
overlays, but I'm hoping one of them is a know thing so someone will
be able to help.
As of this morning, I was running Windows Vista x64 and has everything
working.
I decided to install Windows 7 x64 from scratch.
Since my SVN folder is huge, I decided to back it up as is on an
external drive (copy/paste) with the .svn sub folders.
Then I installed Windows 7 x64, copied back my SVN directory, and
installed the latest TortoiseSVN.
Everything seems OK (I can update, commit, check for modifications,
etc ...) but my overlays are gone!
I rebooted a couple of times, and made sure the overlay feature is
enabled.

Is is because of Windows 7?
Is it because I copy-pasted instead of doing the whole checkout?
Or am I missing something?

Thanks!

Nathan
