Installing new version over an existing installation does not update some files

Hi Stefan and the rest of the TSVN team,

I want to say thanks for your great work with TSVN.

After installing the latest nightly (1.6 branch) over old 1.6 builds,
the sasl DLLs and the crash reporting DLL are not being updated.

Any ideas how to fix this?
