Relocation Error

From: Silverman, Joshua H (IS) <Josh.Silverman_at_ngc.com>

I am trying to relocate my working copy to point to a repository that
has been moved to a new server. But when I run the relocate command
from Tortoise, I get the following error:

The repository at 'http://subversion.hern.phoenix.dms/dss' has uuid
'cf884b61-afea-4500-9a92-c75c77a21e38', but the WC has
'5f9e91b8-1dce-11de-8378-2755825fc671'

What needs to be done to change the uuid so that this command can work?

Thanks,
Josh Silverman
