Some folks have done some checking in since yesterday, so the rev numbers have changed around a bit. However, I just tried the "reintegrate a branch" operation again at it gave me the same "left" rev # 5951, and the right rev # is 6026. 6026 is the head of the whole repository. That revisions relates to a check-in on a completely different project.
