Yes, I got those three (1, 4, 5) too. So they're from Windows. But those
are not the ones that caused the problem since they're listed there and
were counted already when determining whether to show certain TSVN
overlays. The problem was caused by those system overlays which are
*not* listed there: since they're not listed, TSVN didn't count them and
therefore the calculation about how many slots are free was wrong.

Yes, there are too many overlay handlers to fit into the open slots, so
TSVN deactivates its 'unimportat' handlers.

But if you don't use offline files, you could remove that key manually
and get another free slot.
