TortoiseProc.exe returns -1 after successful commit operation

I'm using Tortoise in build script to commit changes. From some new version
TortoiseProc.exe began to return -1 value after successful commit.

Here is the message:

error MSB3073: The command ""C:\Program
Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\TortoiseProc.exe" /command:commit
/path:"..\Client\Properties\AssemblyInfo.cs" /logmsg:"Build of version xx
succeeded"" exited with code -1.

But I can see the file is committed in SVN log.

How can I find out the reason of such behavior?

Taras
