Feature request: Include official svn client exe in dist

Hello

As many others, we have the need both for TSVN's GUI tools and to automate things with scripts.

Using TSVNProc does not work in many cases, so you must install a separate distribution with the command line tools.

If this was a one time thing, it would not be such a big problem, but you also have to make sure to keep TSVN and CLI versions synced, so on a large organisation it leads to alot of maintenance.

IMO, the perfect solution would be to include the official cli svn client in the TSVN installation program, so that any time you install/upgrade TSV you automatically get the appropriate cli version too.

Is this anything that could be done? Or would it lead to too much maintenance for TSVN crew?

best regards

/Linus
