Integrated into Aptana? No. Aptana is Java, built on the Eclipse
platform. TortoiseSVN is a Windows shell extension.

You can use Aptana without any source-control features, and do
everything outside it via Explorer.

I still think you're very confused about Subversion and the
client/server model it uses. Have you read the manuals?
