[BUG] Settings dialog tree icons darken repeatedly on repeated hovers

When I right-click in a repository and choose Settings from the TSVN
submenu, the icons in the tree-view in the left pane of the dialog box
start getting a darker background when I move my mouse over them. That
is, when I mouseover a given icon or its text, the icon will get
slightly darker, usually around the edges. At a certain point, when the
icon edges are noticeably darkened (usually after 5-10 mouseovers), the
icon will stop getting darker.

Expected: Icons to remain the same long-term regardless of user interaction.
Actual: Icons darken as you navigate the dialog box.

I'm running Vista Business 32-bit SP2, TSVN 1.6.5.16974.
