Corrupted Working copy

We have a corrupted working copy that was caused by the following has taken place.

The Folder CCS containing several layers of directories was deleted.

The Folder CCS was deleted in the Repository Browser

Tried to recreate the folder CCS and add it to the repository. SVN says missing .svn file and to run cleanup.

We run cleanup but no luck. We are using TSVN 1.4.8. All we want to do is start over with the CCS folder with all its contents and add it back to the repository.

So even though it appears CCS is gone. It appears that the .svn metadata remembers that it used to be there because someone forgot to commit the delete.

We have several training issues to resolve, but for now we just want to get the CCS folder added back to the repository.
