Feature request: Branching without checkout

From: Fredrik Orderud <fredrik.orderud_at_idi.ntnu.no>

Could it be possible to implement support for branching without checking out a working copy first, e.g. from the repository browser?

Currently, it seems like one have to check out trunk first, before creating a branch. This can appear a bit unintuitive for new user. It can also be slow when working on large repositories, and you only plan to check out a sparse view from the branch. I'm perfectly aware that it is simple to create a branch this way with the "svn copy" command, but the ability to to the same from TortoiseSVN would make the operation simpler and more intuitive.

Thanks in advance,
Fredrik Orderud
