Disabling multiple context menu entries.

After reading the "C.4. Disable context menu entries" help page I
understand that each registry entry is a dword value, with each bit
corresponding to a specific menu entry. However, I do not understand how
I would disable multiple entries that occupy the same digit in the
value.

Example:

0x0000000000000001

Checkout

0x0000000000000002

Update

If I want to disable both Checkout and Update, how do I do this
considering they both occupy the last digit of the value?

Thanks in advance.
