Unable to browse repos.

Just installed Win XP 64, installed both
TortoiseSVN-1.6.5.16974-x64-svn-1.6.5.msi and
TortoiseSVN-1.6.5.16974-win32-svn-1.6.5.msi.

RapidSVN is able to browse existing repositries, what can I do to get
tortoises to work.
