Unable to browser to repository

I had to reinstall Windows Vista 32 yesterday, so I got the latest version
of TortoiseSVN today (TortoiseSVN-1.6.5.16974-win32-svn-1.6.5).

Once installed, I tried checking out from my SVN directory, but I couldn't
browser to it because the browse button was grey'd out and there was no
history list to choose from. The solution I found was to right click the
SVN directory and do a repo-browser look up on it. At the top of that
browser there was the link that I copied and pasted into the checkout form
for the repository. Once I had a history for the checkout form, the browse
button was click-able and I was able to checkout as needed.

I hope this is enough information to reproduce and fix.
