Frequent Windows Explorer crashes

I get frequent Windows Explorer crashes (probably every 2-3 days) that look like they originate in TortoiseSVN.dll. I have attached the Windows crash report. I have detailed reporting turned off, but I've turned it back on again and will update this when I get one of those.

I can't pin down any sort of thing that triggers it, it just happens every few days and I can't think of any thing in particular that would cause it. I didn't see any existing bug reports about this.
