So, depending on where we open the file from it shows up different version when it is suppose to show the same version.
When you checkout/update from svn the default is to use the current date/time for the files. This is different than some other VCS systems that maintain the file modify date in the repository and use that date when you checkout/update the file. The best you can do to sync them is tell svn to use the commit date for the file when you get it from the repo. There is an option in the TSVN settings to turn this on.
