Red exclamation ('!') overlay icon on all over the folders

Hi all,
I think that I'm not the first people that have problems with Tortoise overlay icons, anyway this is my situation:
I use TortoiseSVN 1.6.3, Build 16613 - 32 Bit
on Windows XP SP3.
Tortoise icon overlay is set as in attached file.
The problem is that although no files are changed, Tortoise set the parent folder's overlay icon (and all the parent up of that) with the red exclamation point ('!').

But why?!

I think that is a "Status Cache" option bug, because if I turn it in "Shell" mode, Tortoise set the folder's icon Ok ... but it isn't recursive !!

Any idea?

Thaks...

if no files are changed a single file managed by Tortoise, the parent folder (and all the parent up of that) are all overlayed as modified (so, with the red exclamation point)...!
If if do the commit over the parent folder
