Support externals during Import

Hi,

my current project consists of following - you can have multiple
containers\modules and you combine them to create job. For example,
containers are CreateFolder and DeleteFolder and if you would like to
create job that will create and afterwards delete folder, you place
these two containers to job and link them together.

I would like to version separately Containers and Jobs. Job should
create external reference to container (SVN:Externals).

It would be nice if you could pop-up message box in case already
version folder is detected during import\commit. Message box could ask
"Versioned folder detected, do you want to import it or create
external reference to it"? - Yes, No, Yes for all, No for all.

In that case, all I would need to do is to copy all (versioned)
containers to job and simply commit.

I think this would be really nice feature and it shouldn't be that
hard to implement.
