TSVN Loosing track of files.

I have been having some problems recently where TSVN is loosing track
of files. At present I have a file I want to check in but TSVN doesn't
think it exists in the repository and therefore doesn't show the
'Check In' menu item. If I browse the repository the file is present.

I have also been having a problem where files are flagged as deleted
in the repository when I definitely have not deleted them and they are
present in the target folder.

I am using TSVN 1.6.3. These issues started a month or so back. Prior
to that TSVN has been working wonderfully well.
