Conflict with other add-on WinExplorer column

WinXP SP2, TortoiseSVN 1.6.3:

The extra columns TortoiseSVN adds to win explorer's detail view seem to
conflict with another separate explorer add-on column. I have no idea which
is the cause (probably neither really, it's probably just something about
the combination of the two), so I'm posting it to both programs forums. The
other program is "Windows Explorer filename extension column", aka CPExt
( http://www.xrayz.co.uk/extension-column/ ) which adds an "Ext" column.
Here's what happens:

If I enable the Ext column on an unversioned folder and set "all folder
views like this", then the unversioned folders work, but the versioned
folders show the "TSVN Local lock owner" column instead of the "Ext" column.
But, if I enable the Ext column on an versioned folder and set "all folder
views like this", then the versioned folders work, but the unversioned
folders show the "Album" column instead of the "Ext" column.

I could manually fix every single folder that's wrong, but 1, that's
extremely tedious, and 2, Windows seems to have a limit on how many folder's
view settings it'll remember anyway.
