I caanot use svn+ssh when logged in as admin XP

I have an account on my local XP machine which has admin privileges. I am
using ssh+svn to access an installation of Subversion on a Linux machine
that I set up. When I am logged as the user with admin privileges on the
Win machine I cannot get to the repository but when logged in as an
unprivileged user that I created I can do all the things in the repository
that I need to do.

This is grossly in convenient. Does anybody have in ideas as to why this may
be happening.
