Embed revision number in Word Document

Hey guys,
I'm looing for a way to embed the next revision number from SVN into a Word
Doc before I submit it. If I could automate this procedure even better. I'm
not too fussy on the solution but since it's going to be implemented in a
company profile I would prefer a windows based solution.
Any thoughts?
