No tortoise is the only shell integration as far as icons I have. I tend to
avoid shell integration because of these kinds of issues.
Still havent tried the registry hack that stefan recommended yet, mostly
because Im running a facebook app on my desktop and I need
to get it setup as a service before I reboot or do anything that would hose
up the users.
