Re: Cannot create Repository

I can only say that I am extremely disappointed that this thread ended
without providing any solution. It came up (or was mirrored) again
and again in the Google search results on the error message.

I'm already attempting to create the repository on my local machine.
I have admin on the box. The permissions on the folder are set to
full control. For some reason the folder will not allow Full Control
to be Granted to Creator-Owner. (It is immediately unset.) This was
working a couple of weeks ago and I'm having trouble figuring out what
might have changed.

Thanks in advance for any help that you can provide.
