64 Bit TSVN and SilkSVN Server

I've recently installed Win7 x64 and the 64 bit versions of Tortoise & SilkSVN. I have the svn server up and running as a service. I can access the server from Eclipse but from not from Tsvn. If I access the repository as a file (it is on my local machine) I have no problems with Tsvn. I'm a little confused about this. Is there anything special I should do regarding access through firewalls? Any help most appreciated.
