I'm pretty sure that's caused by the Log Cache having gotten hosed at
some point along the way - you'd find that under c:\Documents and
Settings\<your user>\Application Data\TortoiseSVN\logcache, but you can
use the handy TortoiseSVN > Settings > Log Caching > Cached Repositories
page to blow the cache away...
