CFM: Double click on remote added file does not work

Hi!

TSVN 1.6.2

In the Check for Modifications dialog, after clicking "Check repository",
if there are new files on the server ("Remote text status" is "added"),
then a double click on the file beings up the Windows Open With dialog.
If I select a program there and click OK, the selected program will start,
then complain that it can not fin the file to open.

Example:
 - new *.bat file in the repo
 - in Open With dialog I select WordPad
Result:
Wordpad complains:

---------------------------
WordPad
---------------------------
C:\my_working_copy\foo\bar.bat
Cannot find this file.
Please verify that the correct path and file name are given.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

It seems it tries to open the file as if it were already checked out,
when of course it is present only on the repository server.

Regards,
David
