That menu only shows up under these conditions:
* you started the log dialog from a working copy, not e.g. from the
repository browser
* all selected revisions are consequtive, i.e. no missing revisions in
between

If you want to go back to a specific revision, just select that single
revision in the log dialog, right-click, choose "revert to this revision".
