Unable to revert to previous revision permanently

I googled the information on how to revert to a previous revision permanently, and saw instructions from Stefan to go to the log, select all the bad revisions, and right-click and choose "revert these revisions", but that's not in my menu choices.

Have I screwed up my copy of TortoiseSVN? Do I have some sort of Pirated Warez version? ;) Is there another way to revert to previous revisions? I'm brand new to this, so I have no idea where to start to fix this.

And if it helps, the offending file that needs to be reverted is binary, and I can't see the changes made to it, to go in manually and change it to the way it was.
