CFM context menu inconsistency

Hi!

TSVN 1.6.2

If there are different items in the CFM (localy changed files, remotely changed files)
then if all are selected, the right clik menu is different, depending on which
item you press the right mouse button.

I believe the normal behavior is that the menu depends only on the selection (which
is always the same in the reported case).
