Considering that you *can* add ignored files directly from Explorer and
that sometimes while the global ignores string saves you a lot of work
when it comes to filtering out generated files (like, say, executables
and DLLs) you might still want to add a few DLLs (like external
dependencies) to your repository - why block doing this from the CfM
dialog where you've got all of them in a convenient list?
