TSVN problem with shared folders & local repositories

Hello there,

I've been using TortoiseSVN for several years now. I recently upgraded
to the latest TSVN from 1.4.8 and ran into some problems.

Here's the repository setup:
Shared folder on another computer in the LAN; ie,
file:///\SomeHostName/Folder/SVN.

Here's the setup that worked / works:
Windows 7 RC, TSVN 1.4.8

Here's the setups that don't work:
Windows 7 RC, TSVN 1.5.0, 1.6.1, 1.6.2 (maybe more)

Here's what I tried:
I tried doing a Checkout from the repository into a local folder.

Here's what I wanted:
I wanted the checkout to proceed without error.

Here's what happened on the "nonworking" setups:
There's an error message about failure to find / open the repository.
There is also no browser pop-up as appears in 1.4.8.

Anyway, I've gone back to 1.4.8 because of the issues but I wanted to
post a bug report. If I can be of any help please let me know.

Regards,
Jeremiah Blanchard
